Monthly Favourites

Hi, welcome/ welcome back to my blog.

I am always interested to read about what people are loving month to month, getting in on all of the tips & tricks as well as hearing about great new products, so I’ve put together a few of the things that I have been loving this month…

Dolce Gusto – Lungo Morrison’s £4.48

Of course I had to begin with coffee, I’m a ‘cannot function without it’ type of person and these are my current faves, strong but full of flavour, I enjoy mine in a BIG cup with Alpro oat milk.

Kettle veg chips 125g – Sainsbury’s £2.50

I recently saw these at home bargains for 59p a bag, so I thought I’d give them a go, they are a bit high in the fat/calorie department, but they are so delicious that I just didn’t care, a great little treat and I will definitely be repurchasing.

Veggie burst 25g pkt – 39p Aldi

These are AMAZING, so cheap but packed with all the yummy’s. They are a little spicy, and really satisfying,  perfect for a snack during the day or after the gym for a protein shot.

Garnier Anti-wrinkle day/night cream Amazon £6.09 each

moisturisers… these are smooth, light and so hydrating, they sink into the skin quickly and leave you feeling fresh-faced, not weighed down with sticky product. As I love to bargain hunt ( who doesn’t right) I buy mine from home bargains, as I do a lot of my toiletries, for around £3.00-£3.50 each, so a nice saving.

Batiste dry shampoo Aldi £1.49

Now I cannot stress enough the importance of dry shampoo in my life, I just hate washing my hair, i’m frizzy (think Diana Ross) and it takes me about an hour and a half to wash, dry and straighten my locks, so this saves me the pain of frequent washing. LOVE.

Garnier micellar cleansing water 125ml Home bargains 99p

Since I started using this to take off my make up I have fallen in love, it cuts the bedtime routine in half and removes eye make up easily with no stinging, great product and I highly recommend it.

Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium 90ml – Feel unique £76.85

Mine was a Christmas present form my husband ( winning ), I love dark, sexy scents and this fits very much into this category, it is stunning and a little goes a long way, you can apply in the morning and still smell gorgeous at bedtime.

Childs Farm bath products – Boots £3.99-£5.99 ( current price with £1 saved on selected items)

These products are just perfect for my 4 yr old, she has a sensitive skin with occasional eczema flare ups and since switching to these we have had no skin complaints AT ALL. They smell incredible and last for ages, definitely will not be changing these.

Zaflora disinfectant – Home bargains 59p – £1.99

Ok so there seems to be some sort of Zaflora take over if you look on instagram lately and although I had heard of it (my parents have used it for years to clean their patio) I had never tried it, so I thought it was time to see what all the fuss was about.. ‘Queue Angels singing’ I am a Zaflora convert, I have started using this stuff everywhere, the kitchen bin, sinks, toilet and washing machine.. it really is fab, it smells amazing and the scent lasts, leaving my kitchen and bathroom smelling fresh and clean all day.

I hope you enjoyed this little snoop into my current faves, I will be posting them every month, so pop back If you fancy.
