Weekly meal plan no.7

Hi guys.

So it’s meal plan Monday again, we have a lot going on in our personal lives at the moment, so this week it is a little more ‘eat to survive’ rather than ‘eat for pleasure’. I am yet to find my inner ‘pinterest Mum’ with all the meal time bells and whistles, but I do cook most things from scratch, so provided that I don’t poison the other half or kids, it should still be a tasty week.

 

Monday –        Breaded fish, and minted peas

Tuesday –        Baked potatoes

Wednesday –  3 Bean chilli and basmati rice

Thursday –     Chicken legs, jersey royal potatoes and salad

Friday –          Sausage meatballs with whole wheat spaghetti

Saturday –     Homemade scotch eggs, chips and baked beans

Sunday –        Out for dinner
