Weekly meal plan no 10

Hey lovelies

Monday again, so here is the meal plan that I have put together to keep my family alive for another week..

Monday – Garlic & paprika baked prawns, cumin rice & a mango and cashew salad ( recipes from Mimi Ikon YouTube)

Tuesday – Cumberland sausages, mustard mashed potatoes, mange tout and green beans

Wednesday – Baked potatoes with Tuna and salad

Thursday – Breaded haddock, potato wedges and salad

Friday – Grill up – Sausages, black pudding, tomatoes, baked beans & eggs

Saturday – Sweet potato cottage pie

Sunday – Roast chicken, roasted baby potatoes with rosemary, broccoli & cauliflower

I shopped this week in Aldi and Morrisons £62.36 Aldi £18.00 Morrisons Total – £80.36

No photo this week – Soz – I was in a frantic Mum rush to put the shop away to get to my daughters school.
