But obv I’m here to update on yesterday. It was pretty good, I ate even less yesterday, so I think my body is finally getting used to the lack of sugar. As far as cravings go, it wasn’t too bad, as always, the evening was worst, but I had a little palm pie to tide me over and that seemed to be enough.
I’ve started sleeping better, feel less tired during the day, and I have more energy, which feels amazing.
I am 9 days in and I’m finally starting to see changes in the amount of cravings I’m getting, however I’m still battling with breaking the habit of eating unhealthy food in the evening.
Everyday it’s getting a little easier, but we are still less than half way through, so I don’t want to get to smug just yet.
